I am an award-winning attorney with more than 30 years of valuable experience and a proven track record of success. I specialize in Family Law and can also help you in Estate Planning, Real Estate Litigation, Worker Compensation/Personal Injury, Workplace Harassment, Civil and General Litigation.

After graduating from UMKC in 1989, I started my career in Trenton, Missouri where I opened a private practice in 1991. I ran my practice for 25 years and served as the Worth County Elected Prosecuting Attorney and then Mercer County Elected Prosecuting Attorney. 

Growing up in Rogersville, southwest Missouri is my home and in 2016 my family and I moved back to the area. I served as Christian County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney before spending four years at a local family law firm where I was recognized for outstanding client satisfaction multiple years in a row. 

In 2022 I decided to reopen my private practice and I am honored to serve the Springfield area. My wife and I have been married for 38 years and together have four children and eight grandchildren.
